Hi i have both this card and the ANZ travel rewards card, and often struggle to decide which to use over the other.
I’m an infrequent flyer looking to build up my points, but i’m also a sucker for getting the ‘best value’ out of my cards.
If you were looking at the 1.5 points per dollar with ANZ vs 1 point per dollar with the infinity, and compare the redemptions – Velocity/ANZ and gifts cards/Infinity – which of these would you choose? Assuming there are no bonus deals etc, just a normal rate of redemption.
ANZ all the way. This article should help explain.
