Summing Up

The St.George Amplify Qantas Platinum could still be useful for those who are looking for a non-Amex card with decent Qantas Points earn, without a particularly expensive card fee.

Bonus offers can be hit and miss on the Amplify range, but when they are on offer, these cards are worth considering. Those looking for more features like lounge access and other travel perks however might find the Amplify Signature more appealing.
